Kentucky Speedway will prepare for the NASCAR Quaker State 400 Presented by Advance Auto Parts which will occur on July 14, 2018. The track is situated about halfway between Louisville and Cincinnati, just south of the Ohio border.

Two drivers who have won five of the six races have dominated this race. Brad Keselowski has three wins, while Kyle Busch includes 2. Joe Gibbs Racing and Team Penske have three team wins at the race.
Toyota has won this race three times, while Ford has two wins and Dodge has one.
